The hotel room was well-appointed and brand-new, with a big bed and magnificent views from the large windows. The venue was set in a remote position near the restaurant, caves, and the cruise ship in Lan Ha Bay.- The vibe at the hotel was warm and inviting.

My king suite with bath and shower and bathroom was big size. The breakfast had lots of OUTSTANDING options, and was delicious.

Well-trained staff members, great location near to a secluded beach in the middle of the islands, and Hai Phong airport.

The staff here were exceptional and incredible, the room was modern and huge with a great view, and the food was delicious with lots of dishes to choose from.

This hotel offers great value for money with its spacious rooms and amazing panoramic views of the beautiful scenery. The staff is very attentive and the basic amenities provided are excellent. The location of the hotel is perfect, as it is close to the pier, allowing easy access to the cruise ship and exploring new areas of Ha Long Bay.

I had an amazing stay at this boutique cruise ship with excellent luxury facilities. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The staff was courteous and helpful, especially the Cruise Manager who was always ready to assist. The location of the hotel was perfect, providing access to a private beach and some spectacular caves.
